Thoughts and Things: I got a new tree this year. Flocked and pre-lit. Putting the star on top was all the tree trimming I will be doing. I like it just the way it is.

I like it just the way it is.A flocked tree reminds me of growing up. Our family would go together to pick out a tree at the local tree lot. My dad would set it up in the garage to flock it. Not only would the tree get flocked but the whole garage would too.
Hi Joy! It's Peggy's friend Jessie!! I still love reading your fabulous blog! I was just getting caught up and read the post about your granddaughter's nap and really related! Well, at least to the "when Brody wakes up, I'm really going to try to be a better mom" part, the magazine and soda would be heaven, but lately it feels like it's my only time to clean my mess of a home!
