What's for dinner?

Thoughts and Things: The question, "Whats for dinner?" pops into my head every morning.

It's really annoying.

I can stand in front of the open frig and still don't have an answer!

Is it possible to create something out of whipped cream in a can, a half eaten package of girl
scout cookies, a leftover chocolate easter egg, old spaghetti sauce and some jello and fruit cups?

My list of errands today now includes a trip to the grocery store.

What are you having for dinner?

  5. I work on Tues. nights so I let my hubby figure it out sometimes!!! But tonight I have some steak marinating...and some asparagus that I forgot I had. Hope it's still good!!!

I hate trying to come up with dinner ideas. My husband is total meat...I'm more potatoes!!! I could eat nothing but vegies and he has to have meat at every meal. It's challanging at times. Then there's my teen age son, who doesn't want to eat anything...except an occasional bag of top ramen and maybe an omlet around 11:00p.m.

could I just sit in your cozy kitchen? That would surely inspire me!!! Anything served in a red bowl is bound to be delish!!

  7. If I am cooking it, something simple and probably not that tasty. Oh, and there will be lots of complaining about whatever it is:(
